Spring Training 2010
 The
Baltimore Orioles keep the
spring training tradition alive in Sarasota as they take the
field at Ed Smith Stadium against the Tampa Bay Rays on March 3
for their first Grapefruit League home stand on the Gulf coast.
The Orioles will meet the Boston Red Sox five times this spring,
including three games at Ed Smith Stadium (March 7, 21 and 31).
The Orioles schedule features four games against the New York
Yankees with two of them at home on March 25 and March 29.
Three night games are scheduled to be played at Ed Smith. Mar 5 against the Pittsburgh Pirates, Mar 26 vs. Minnesota and March 29 the Orioles meet the Yankees under the lights. Night games begin at 7:05PM.
Orioles pitchers and catchers will hold their first workout on Thursday, February 18. The first full-squad workout will be held on Tuesday, February 23. Workouts at Ed Smith Stadium are free and open to the public up to the date games begin.

to welcome Birdland to Sarasota. There was a fan foroum with
Dave Trembley and Jim Palmer and autographs by Nolan Reimold,
Brad Bergesen, Adam Jones and Jim Johnson.

Individual game tickets can be purchased in person at the Orioles Box Office at Ed Smith Stadium located at 12th Street and Tuttle Avenue in Sarasota. The Box
ticket windows at Ed Smith Stadium will open at 10:00 a.m. on Saturday, Jan.
16, 2010 and will close Sunday, Jan. 17. They will then reopen Monday, Jan.
18 through Friday, Feb. 5. Beginning Feb. 8, ticket windows will be open
seven days a week. Hours are 10 a.m.-4 p.m. ET. 2010 Baltimore Orioles
Spring Training tickets can be ordered in person at the Ed Smith Stadium Box
Office, or you will be able to charge your tickets by fax. Call the Orioles
Spring Training line at (941) 954-4101 to receive an order form. Order forms
may also be mailed to the stadium with a check, money order or credit card
guarantee. Order forms are not available online. Single game tickets are
also available by calling 888-329-3365.
Parking at the stadium is $8. You may purchase a parking pass to all 16 home
games by calling (941) 954-4101. This $130 pass provides access to the
preferred parking lot that fronts Ed Smith Stadium. This premier parking is
